独行侠

I can't find a right word to translate this title into English. It means I am alone now. I am 99.9% sure I am the only person who still care about this blog but I don't want to to complain about the other two. It is just because we are different people, I think.
Today I went to Shunyi, one of the suburb areas of Beijing. My colleague drove me there. His father was my father's comrade in arms. We were going to see the site for the Tunnel Warfare in the past. The father is very funny. He couldn't stop arguing with his son on our way to Shunyi. At the beginning, they are arguing about what is the right way of going to Shunyi. My colleague said his father should be quiet, cos he knows how to go there, but his father said he should be more condescending. The "poor" mother had to help her son sometimes, and help her husband sometimes.
Beijing's subburb looks so different from Fuzhou. In Fuzhou, there are mountains and mountains if you dirve out of the city. However, it is a wide expanse of flat land in Beijing. When the car drove into the suburb area, I saw so many boundless corn fileds. They are like the green ocean, and I can't see the end of them. I also saw barries and barries of shelterbelt, which are rarely seen in the South China. They are all very tall trees which can protect Beijing from the  sandstorm.
After we arrived. A farmer brought us to his orchard. We picked up some apples, peaches and plums there. It was my first time to pick up fruits. It is much easier than my imagination. The ripe fruits are easy to pick up. But different from what I see in the TV, the orchard is so ruderal. I had to be careful when i was walking, don't want to stumpled by some dead weeds or branches. Finally, we had a great harvist in the orchard, we had to asked the farmer and his assistant to help us carry those fruits^^.
Our lunch was eaten in the farmer's house. Some simple food in the village, but so tasty. I was so full, feel difficult to move after lunch~~ But I have to move cos my colleague brought me to the site of the Tunnle Warfare. Over 60 years ago, the villagers here digged very huge tunnles to fight with the Japanese. They hided in the tunnle, and attaked the Japanese outside from the small holes. The villagers are very clever. They could dig the tunnle under the well, the kitchen..everywhere that Japanese could not expect. And It was very cool in the tunnle cos the sun can't burn the tunnle, and the air can circulate with outside . Maybe over 60 years ago, when the summer sun burnt the idiot Japanese, our heroes were hiding in the tunnle, enjoying this "natural air-conditioning" and attacking them from time to time~
So tired today~ ^^ Too lazy to write now~~
